JCPenney has just released a new Pre-Black Friday 2021 Ad with deals valid from October 27th through November 10th. The retailer has also released The JCPenney’s Playland Top Toys Catalog 2022 with special prices valid from October 20st through December 15th.

The newly released flyer brings discounts on a wide variety of jewelry as well as up to 75% off fine jewelry after extra 40% off and up to 55% off watches after extra 20% off.
