Gap Memorial Day 2024 Sales

Even though there are still a few weeks left before the Gap Memorial Day 2024 sale, we can get an idea of what this year’s event may bring based on what happened in 2023 and in previous years. Gap Memorial Day 2024 Sale Start & End Dates

In the last few years, the Memorial Day sale event at Gap typically ran from the last Thursday or Friday of May through the actual Memorial Day and/or while supplies lasted. This trend is expected to continue this year as well.

Expected Memorial Day start date: Thursday, May 23rd, 2024.

Expected Memorial Day end date: Tuesday, May 28th, 2024.

Gap Memorial Day 2023 Sale

Although not labeled as a Memorial Day sale, the savings event currently running at Gap brings major discounts on a variety of items. The Summer Style Event runs from May 25th through May 30th, or while supplies last, and includes the following:

  • Up to 60% off select styles;
  • Crinkle Gauze Tiered Mini Dress on sale for $27 (original price: $69.95);
  • Women’s Crochet T-Shirt on sale for $13 (original price: $34.95);
  • Men’s Organic Cotton Beanie on sale for $9 (original price: $24.95);
  • Unisex Athletic Ankle Socks on sale for $6 (original price: $15.95).

Gap Memorial Day Sale 2022

Although not labeled as a Memorial Day sale, the savings event held in May brought major discounts on a variety of items. The offers were valid from May 26th through May 31st, 2022 at 11:59 pm PT or while supplies lasted, and included the following:

  • 50% off a large selection of items;
  • 40% off everything else;
  • Kids’ Smocked Midi Dress on sale for $19 (was $39.95);
  • Women’s Modern V-Neck T-shirt on sale for $12 (was $24.95);
  • Women’s Tie-Back Halter Tank Top on sale for $12 (was $24.95);
  • Men’s Oxford Shirt in Standard Fit on sale for $24 (was $49.95);
  • Men’s 100% Organic Cotton Original T-Shirt on sale for $17 (was $34.95).

Gap Memorial Day Sale 2021

In 2021, the event began on May 27th and lasted through June 1st, 2021, at 11:59 pm PT, or while in-stock inventory lasted (for U.S. customers only). Some restrictions applied, and the ad included the following deals:

  • 50% off select tanks, tees, and dresses;
  • 40% off nearly everything else sitewide with promo code SUNSHINE;
  • Adult t-shirts starting at $8;
  • Kids t-shirts starting at $6;
  • Men’s shorts from $18;
  • Women’s dresses from $20;
  • Free shipping & free returns are also included on most purchases of $50 or more.

Gap Memorial Day Sale 2020

In 2020, the Memorial Day sale event went live on May 23rd and lasted through May 25th. The ad featured the following:

  • 50% off sitewide + additional 10% off with promo code SUNNY;
  • Free shipping & free returns on most $25+ purchases.

 

Gap Memorial Day Sale 2019

In 2019, Gap ran several types of deals throughout May and the ones at the end of the month featured the following:

  • Up to 50% off + additional 20% off select items.
