From appliances to home improvement products, Lowe’s has many of your home-related needs covered. Thanks to its wide variety of products, their quality, and the various deals it offers, Lowe’s has become one of the most popular retailers in the U.S. as well as one of those that participate in the Black Friday event when it offers some of the greatest discounts of the year. Lowe’s Black Friday 2021 – Expected Start and End Dates
In 2020, most retailers changed their Black Friday approach, and Lowe’s was no exception. The retailer ran deals from late October through the beginning of December. However, some deals were only available on Thanksgiving and Black Friday, so something similar may happen this year as well.
If we’re to take the 2020 Black Friday edition as a point of reference, we might see early Black Friday deals starting at the end of October (around October 21st) and the store’s appliances sale beginning somewhere around November 18th. Discounts of up to 40% are expected to be a part of these deals.
As far as the actual Black Friday is concerned, here is what might happen:
Estimated Black Friday sale start date: Thursday, November 25th (since this is Thanksgiving Day, the sale would start online as the retailer’s stores are typically closed on this holiday), and Friday, November 26th in stores.
Estimated Black Friday sale end date: Wednesday, December 1st, 2021, or while supplies last.

What Deals to Expect
Based on what happened in the last few years, we expect to see price drops on various product categories such as the ones mentioned below:
- Appliances – these products were at the front and center of this sale event, and we expect to see the same happening this year as well. For example, last year the 27 cubic foot stainless french door refrigerator was on sale for $1,399, while the LG 5.2 cubic foot washer and/7.3 cubic foot dryer was available for $599.
- Holiday decor – given that Black Friday is just a month before Christmas, it makes sense that holiday decorations will be discounted. In 2020, customers had the chance to purchase outdoor random sparkle LED snowflakes for $49.98 and a 7.5-foot Disney Mickey Mouse lawn inflatable for $69.
- Power tools – if you’re into a home improvement project that calls for new tools or your work requires for such items, the Black Friday event at Lowe’s shouldn’t go unchecked as it typically brings price drops on this category of products. For example, in 2020, the Kobalt 6-tool 24-volt lithium-ion brushless cordless power tool set was discounted by $150 and thus was on sale for $399.
The product categories mentioned above are just some of the ones that are usually discounted during Black Friday. Lighting, faucets, and various other products are likely to be on sale as well.
