While this year’s Memorial Day is on May 29th, Ulta has already rolled out deals to help you save big on your beauty highlighters. However, the current deals are not labeled as Memorial Day sales, which means that we may see new offers released only on the actual Memorial Day or the weekend preceding it. Some of the currently available offers are part of the Gorgeous Hair event, which lasts from May 14th through June 3rd.
