Just like in 2021, this year’s Black Friday event will include three separate events, and each of them will bring different deals. Here is what we know so far about Walmart’s Black Friday 2022 sale.
Walmart Black Friday 2022 – Start and End Dates
In the previous two years, Walmart ran several separate Black Friday events, and this year is no exception. Given the success of this approach, the retailer has decided to embrace it again for the 2022 edition. Walmart has confirmed that there will be three Black Friday Deals for Days events, as follows:
- Walmart Black Friday 2022 – Event #1
The first Black Friday event will start on Monday, November 7th, 2022, at 7:00 PM EST/4:00 PM PST, and in stores on Wednesday, November 9th, 2022 at 5:00 AM local time. The sale will last through Sunday, November 13th, 2022, or while supplies last. However, just like in previous years, Walmart+ members will benefit from 7-hour online early access at 12:00 PM EST/9:00 AM PST.
- Walmart Black Friday 2022 – Event #2
In case you miss out on the first round of Black Friday deals, you’ll have another chance to save. The second event is confirmed to start on Monday, November 14th, 2022, at 7:00 PM EST/4:00 PM PST, and in stores on Wednesday, November 16th, 2022, at 5:00 AM local time. The sale will last through Sunday, November 20th, 2022, or while supplies last. If you’re a Walmart+ member, you’ll get 7-hour online early access at 3:00 PM EST/12:00 PM PST.
- Walmart Black Friday 2022 – Event #3
The third Black Friday sale will start on Monday, November 21st, 2022, at 7:00 PM ET/4:00 PM PT, and in stores on Friday, November 25th, 2022, at 5:00 AM local time. The event will run through Sunday, November 27th, 2022, or while supplies last. Just as is the case with the first two events, Walmart+ members will benefit from 7-hour online early access at 12:00 PM EST/9:00 AM PST.
Walmart will keep its stores closed on Thanksgiving, so the offers available then will be valid online only. The stores are expected to reopen on Black Friday at 5:00 AM. The retailer will close out a month of incredible savings with its Cyber Monday event, which is scheduled for Monday, November 28th, 2022.

In 2021, the first event started on Wednesday, November 3rd at 7 PM ET and in stores on Friday, November 5th at 5 AM ET. The second Black Friday event started on Wednesday, November 10th at 7 PM ET and in stores on Friday, November 12th at 5 AM ET.
